Will be travelling to India for work and staying at friends place. His place is right next to main road and there will be lots of noise (honking). Looking for a headset that will reduce the background noise and hopefully will not be noticeable in team meetings.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm currently leaning towards the Jabra Evolve 2 Models.

Rtings includes noise handling as part of their testing results - https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tests/microphone/noise-han… - that's usually a good guide.
Annoyingly Sony vastly improved the quality of noise handling with the 1000XM5, but the recording quality got worse (it's probably a trade off). Bose 700s look really fit for purpose on this. Gaming headsets tend to be very good at noise handling though. Anything with a boom mic will do better, earbuds are generally a bad choice for calls (and yet so many people I work with use them).
Hardest thing I've found is finding a good headset that doesn't make me look like a dingdong on video calls. Why the jabra stuff is so expensive is beyond me, gaming headsets are better audio quality and usually way cheaper, I just don't like looking like a streamer.
i found the jabra engage 75 noise cancelling has been pretty good so far. just masks out the background office chatter. not sure how well it does with obnoxious honking…

You might be alright, but god help the people on those team calls with you.
There is a guy who works for the business I work for and he is in India after relocating due to family health of his parents, he is near a main road as well and often on calls all I can hear is the background noise of the honking.
So you might be okay and not be able to hear it, but your co-workers most likely will.
