      they didn't look new to me, and they were few yrs old.
      only front, and they didn't have rear wheels. i didn't check if they were tubular or clincher.
      they had 5 left. i saw 2 guys buy 1 when i was there.

      That's not a bad idea. $250ish return flights. $30 return train ticket from the airport = total approx. $300.

      If the deal had been 2x wheels for $500, I'd still have upvoted as a great deal.

    Just phoned them. They are front wheels only and are tubulars. Won't suit a lot of people.
