    • Depends on the game, new AAA titles at 4k - I would say no. You'd need to fit a proper GPU in it - I asked above whether you could install a 1070 Ti but apparently the machine is too small for it.

  • +1

Yeah would something like this machine be sufficient for general computing like Internet browsing using O365 etc?

    • +2

      Absolutely ample.

    • +1

We use even 4th gen micros at work for admin type work! Old but gold. Excellent value tbh

  • Which is best value, performance to price?

    • For context I'm very much a layman, so please take this with a heaping helping of salt, however;
Using the CPU passmark scores as the sole parameter, the M900 @ $205 gives you like 15% more CPU Mark per dollar.
This may be misleading though because depending what you plan to use it for the extra power could well be wasted.

  • Would one of these upgraded to 16GB of RAM run Docker? I use Docker for Sonarr, SABnzbd, Radarr etc…

    • I think they should be good even at 8gig RAM to run Sonarr, Lidarr, Radarr etc dockers. Basically a complete media server automation should be doable.on this thing.

  • Will I be able to run Linux instead of Windows on this without driver issues?

    • Should be fine! Or just run it as a VM

  • Please fix your website. The order summary only shows AUD $205.00
    However should be price$315 as i added Storage (SSD M.2): 500GB | $65 and Ram: 16GB | $45,

    • In case still an issue for you, I tested and it looks fine i.e. check out total was correct @ $315. Perhaps check your cache or try a different browser.

    • has been noted as a bug with the optional upgrades. If it has happened to you we are sending separate invoices for the upgrades. Speaking with the dev to get that fixed asap!

Hi Rep. How does this compare to Elitedesk 800 G2? Is it worth waiting for it till the next week as per your comment above? Thanks

    • Very much the same type of set up in terms of specs, however the HP Elitedesk G2 does have a front USB type-C port which is really nice. Pricing will be very similar and plenty of stock it wouldn't hurt to wait! Also we do have Optiplex 7040 micro in similar specs with a HDMI output as well coming at that time too!

      • Legend! I shalt waiteth

    This M900 is listed here as having a Core i5-6500T @ 2.2GHz
But, according to the Lenovo spec sheet here: https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkCentre/ThinkCe…
    It probably has either a Core i5-6400T @2.2GHz or a Core i5-6500T@ 2.5GHz

    Can anyone confirm?
    Thanks

    • From what i've seen in stock its i5-6500T @ 2.2GHz confirmed, but there maybe been some @ 2.5GHz.

you can get better deals on ebay

this isn't a "sale", just opportunistic business buying at auction at bulk and then quickly turning it over on ozbargain

does this even pass the offer guidelines here at ozbargain?

    • +1

I guess the 1 year warranty is attractive.

      • they either work or they don't

why doesn't ozbargain open up a dialogue with places like slatterys, pickles, etc and cut out the middle man? I am sure auction houses would LOVE to get rid of their items quickly and ozbargainers would actually get a good deal at the same time

        • From past experience sometimes electrical items will stop working.

@WatchNerd: PCs just work unless you live with a thousand cats and love loose fur

extremely unlikely that ex business PCs are going to fail within a year

      • +2

@watchnerd: I totally agree with the 1 year warranty offered is excellent. One does not get that off Auction Houses, Ebay (in most cases). Very generous of FuseTechAu.

    • Hi!

So we definitely don't buy from auction places, a lot of this is ex-IT assets from companies directly that are wiped, sorted , tested, tagged etc by us. As for eBay yeah we do sell there as well!

  • Hey guys,
Been following the fusetech deals for a while now but even with Google I am too long out of the computer game to know what to get :D

Looking for a responsive, cheap and ideally low power consuming pc that can manage some downloads and run a plex server within my own house.

    Grateful for any advice.
    Cheers

  • Does it actually comes with Bluetooth since the Wifi + Bluetooth module is not included?

Instead it comes with WIFI 300MBPS USB

  • @FuseTechAu Let us know if you have got any i7 deals. Thank you.

  • Really need HDMI to connect to my tv for video+sound. What options would I have with something like this?

    • It has DisplayPorts so just grab a Display port to HDMI Cable or Adaptor.

  • For anyone who ordered this, has it shipped? been 3 days and i havent seen any movement?

    • +2

      Mine not shipped yet.

      • pretty annoying. Pretty doubtful on their 4 day shipping claim.

    • they did mention to allow ''Allow up to 7 days processing to get these orders out." in the 3rd paragraph.

      • Great point, Keep on waiting i guess.

  • Hi OP, ordered 5 days ago with extra RAM and extra larger SSD (order #2341). Any updates on the shipping?

    ****UPDATE****
18/07/2022 - Hey everyone! There's been a bit of delay on orders shipped out as a few of us have COVID (I'm good which is important) so last week has been a bit chaotic. Orders are set too be sent out in the next few days so bare with us they are on their way.

    • Hello buddy I just received mine. And I see a SATA SSD inside instead of an NVME one. Since on your website it gives options to choose secondary storage may I ask how that can be done?

      • Just add a NVME one if needed seeing as that slot is free?

        • I see no NVME slot on the motherboard. There is only one SATA port.

          • @theabyss: Look next to the RAM and battery, ther e should be a slot for one.
Like here I believe. Example Pic

            • @Borg: Thank you! I see it now. It is under the fan. The slot in the red box is an m2 slot for wifi card. But I guess it can support 2230nvme drive.

              • @theabyss: Good stuff. Sorry, I forgot to note to ignore the Red square in the pic and to look at the Samsung m.2 SSD next to fan.

      • theabyss are you able to confirm the speed on the CPU? if it was the 2.2 or the 2.5gbz base clock?

        • +1

          base speed 2.5ghz

    • +1

Hey can you update us on the situation ordered last week but still no shipping email received yet.

      • Likewise, Any update FuseTech?

      • Also waiting for my order to be shipped (or any update at all) which I ordered 11th July.

        • Received this update yesterday arvo:

So just wanted to update on your order. At the moment we have oversold on stock currently, and the new batch is arriving this week, to be shipped out this week as well. Do apolgize for the delay, our previous batch we where not happy with the qaultiy so a new batch of A-grades are inbound.
Let me know if you have any questions

      • Also waiting for mine as well, ordered 9 days ago on 12th July and paid for express post. Have sent an email to Fusetech a couple of days ago but no response.

        • Hi Everyone, All have been shipped out, those who have delayed orders have got express or fastest possible courier to your area!

          • @FuseTechAu: My order still says confirmed. #2413. Ordered 11th July.

          • @FuseTechAu: I paid for Express Post and that's what I got :(
If I had paid standard I would have been upgraded… anyway

While I have your attention, I ordered the M900 Tiny with the standard 8GB RAM, but realise I should have upgraded it to 16. Do you know exactly what type of RAM is in it now? Is it a single 8GB 2133MHz SODIMM, or 2x 4GB? I want to know if I need to buy a single 16GB or if I can buy another 8GB to stick in.

            Thanks

            • @bonezAU: Hi!

Most are 2*4gb, you mightve lucky with a single 8gb 2133mhz. But assume its a dual 4gb

              • @FuseTechAu: Thanks, I guess I better wait and check before I buy anything else. My package was just picked up from you at 11:50am this morning, so hopefully it'll be here tomorrow or Thursday… probably Thurs.

  • Received mine today, for those with theirs did it included the 2.5in HDD caddy?

    • Hi!

It should have one, if need message or email through Ill send through one to you

  • I received mine yesterday, Windows 11 is not activated, when I try to activate it, it is returning error, anybody facing the same issue ?

    • Hi, Connect the internet and click the troubleshoot button that should fix it. Otherwise message through!

      • Hi, Yes absolutely connected to the internet. Sent message through

  • order a laptop Saturday, sent a pm two days a go and no reply

how long do these guys normally take to ship stuff and do you get a tracking number so you can know what day its going to arrive ?

    • +1

A good week and yes, they usually send a tracking number once shipped.

      • Thanks mate, appreciate the info

we need to know when stuff is coming living in a secure building so i meet our delivery guy when he arrives or just know what day it is to go check the delivery space out front

        that helps though thanks
