      Considering it doesn't have a conventional physical launch (I think pre-order available on sites like iam8bit and play asia), that's pretty sweet.

      Could also pan out like Sifu where they have a post-launch physical edition.

          Do I have to keep subscribing to Extra tier to play Stray? Or can I drop back down to Plus Basic and continue to play Stray?

            Extra is far better value than deluxe imo, unless you're moving to Turkey for the weekend in which case may as well just get deluxe for few bucks more.

        Not necessarily. You still own them as physical discs rather than renting on PS+ until they leave the service and no longer have access.

        Moreover, Ubisoft are pulling Assassins Creed Liberation off Steam EVEN if you bought it which is a new precedent…

            @Believ3r: You will lose access to PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe games if:

            1) You are no longer subscribed to Extra/Deluxe.

            2) The games leave Extra/Deluxe service.

            They're more akin to the old PS Now rather than the old PS+. You don't get to "keep" them forever.

          Ubisoft removed my account because I didn't log in for some time. All my games are gone. You read everywhere that if you buy a digital game, you don't own it. I never really believed it until now.

              @ry34: Years. I'd say probably the same time I haven't logged into Origin, but my Origin games are still there. I don't see how they can justify that. It's not like I'm taking up storage on their servers or anything.

        i have been looking forward to stray, but finding info on where i can buy a physical copy of the game is difficult, stopped into EB last month and they hadn't heard of it, nor was it on their system

        is it a digital only game?

      I believe the only ones Ubi have put out a 60FPS patch for so far are Odyssey and Origins.

      I believe if you have a disc copy of AC: Unity and refuse all the updates, you'll get 60fps (or as many as console can manage). They only locked it to 30 in one of the updates on PS4/Xbox 1

      One of the great things on Xbox is that most of the Assassins Creed games have the fps boost feature. It’s a shame most of them aren’t on Game Pass though

              @jno: God I just started using ps3 emulator last week and i m blown away by how gud it is. I have tried Silent hill Downpour, Diablo 3, Dante's inferno, all 3 ran 60fps 4k upscaled. Man i m glad at least pc mod community has worked/working on emulation.

      You don't get to keep them. Only the Essentials games. Similar to Gamepass in a sense where you get to keep Xbox Gold monthly games but not the others

    It’s a shame how Sony lock some games behind the so called ‘Classics’ paywall even though they aren’t technically classics like Batman Collection, Uncharted Collection, BioShock, Beyond Two Souls, etc.

    Don’t see these games being locked behind Premium in the US market
