Can vouch for this as being fine, picked one up 2 weeks ago at normal price as I needed USB ethernet for my laptop. Everything works as advertised at least upto 1080p60 that I've tested. USB PD passthrough works well with my laptops 65W charger and another 100W charger I have.

It's nice and compact with an annodised aluminium shell.

Edit - I got the single HDMI version.

  • Anyone know if this would work for mobile phones ie. Google pixel

    • Also keen to know.

I have Pixel 5 and iPad Pro. Want to know if this will work

  • 2x 4K @ 30Hz

    Sigh… ☹️

What did you expect with a non-Thunderbolt dock? There's only so much bandwidth to to go around.

      • Do you know of a thunderbolt dock that can actually do 2 x 4K60? I can't even find any apart from official OEM docks
Edit: Found one but it's expensive

        • Triple
          Kensington

Tons out there, but they're pretty exxy that you might aswell go for an OEM dock

Any deal on the 6 in 1 USB hub?

Thanks OP, somehow I managed to get the "8in1 4k@60Hz" for $24.94 using that code, not even the $27.93

  • Is this any different from this Kmart one? https://www.kmart.com.au/product/7-in-1-usb-c-hub-to-hdmi-ad…

I have this Kmart one and wondering if it’s worth buying from this deal.

    • I can't comment on this exact item, but I've had a terrible time with Kmart video adaptors for computers in the past, they either die quickly or don't work at all straight out of the box.

  • Do these work with chromecast TV, with say a usb stick to watch?

  • Came down to $31 for me.

  • Came to $43.73 for me :(
edit: lightning deal came back :)

  • This one or the more expensive WAVLINK 13-in-1 USB C Hub? Anyone had used both by any chance?

  • Just to confirm before I buy, this dock will allow me to display 2x 4k monitors plus a laptop at 1080p?

    TIA

    • I just got the triple display version. Pushing into a Dell 2K monitor and Lenovo HD monitor with the laptop lid closed. The Dell looks very blurry when compared to using the HDMI straight out of the laptop and the Lenovo through the hub. Could it be the laptop not being able drive enough signal out of the USB-C ?. Laptop is HP Elitebook 840 G8. Will continue to investigate

  • The 56BFHU8X code didn't work at about 11pm, rejected as invalid :-(

  • Got this one for $30.30 and it's still available.
    Working well.
