  I'm looking at getting a sealer, mainly for hops, but may try the occasional sous vide. This feels like the price point I'm after, anyone have experience with this model?

        I use the rolls that Kmart sell, but they're a bit wider than I'd like. I've also used some from a random ebay store and they both worked just fine.
