I've been looking for a good set of reversible ratchet spanners and this Gearwrench set seems to fit the bill,

Are they a decent enough brand? I am not a massive user of tools but i got some craftright ratchet spanners and they were junk, these being reversible is a bonus.

Have a look at Repco Reversible Wrench. The Wrenches come with a Lifetime warranty and Repco have 20% off at the moment.
Nothing comparable in this price range there :(

I wouldn’t be keen on buying something like this from amazon. It’s likely to be the cheapest stuff they can get away with selling - not quality.
Maybe I’m just old school and would like to feel the quality before shelling out.
Gearwrench tools are actually great but I dislike Amazon partly because they are a shit company, and don’t need more money but also because they sell knock off products and international market items. Gearwrench tools have a lifetime warranty so I’d rather buy from an Australian company. I linked discount trader in my other comment, they are great. And have a bonus deal to get the imperial set as well for $8 more than the Amazon listing. I always shop around. And I avoid amazon As much as possible. I’d rather spend a little more even if it isn’t a better deal if it means not lining bezos pocket even more
Hey mate, I’m a qualified diesel mechanic and I will vouch for Gearwrench any day. Great quality tools for the price. But I’d like to recommend something to you. 1 avoid Amazon. Gearwrench tools come with a lifetime warranty but Amazon products are often either knockoffs or international market items. If you are looking for a good set of reversible ratchets I’d say get the Gearwrench ones but maybe get them from a company that isn’t terrible

Cheers, I had read that they have decreased in quality since the China move.
While I'd like to buy the ones you linked, I just cannot justify it for something I may use 3-4 times a year.
However the 1 year limited warranty stated for the item on amazon is concerning when you say they should have a lifetime warranty.
