    Sri Lankan tea is some of the best in the world. Yes, quality of tea comes down to much more than country of origin, but saying 'tea leaves from Sri Lanka' is not the insult you think it is.

      Yes the best tea comes from India and Sri Lanka, apologies if I offended anyone, was not trying to slur Sri Lanka.

      The point I was making was its just fancy packaging and other tea from Sri Lanka you buy at a 1/10 of the price of T2 is the same, most likely from the same distributor. As labour is dirt cheap in both Sri Lanka and India, paying $30+ for 200 grams of T2 tea (made in Sri Lanka) is just nuts especially as they have to add 'artificial flavours' (see back of box) to make it taste acceptable.

      Each to their own I guess if your will to pay $30+ dollar for tea only worth $6
