Yes you can transfer from an Australian account to an overseas PayPal account. Be wary of any crappy exchange rates from PayPal though.

It's easy, most of the time you just need an email address, but as above, it's an expensive service :/

  I am actually just after transferring 110 USD.
  I am guessing the PayPal (Westpac) exchange rates for this small amount will not be that big.

    The person who receive money most likely get 4% less and you also get 2% worse off in x change rate.

    Use something like Wise to do it. Far lower fees.
