Great no frills mic with excellent voice pickup. Got one on the last Razer specials and price wasn't this good. You can easily mount it on a boom. People on my conference calls have always said my voice came through clearly (I make it a point to ask :-) ). It does, but that's what you get from a boundary mic.
Great option for the price in a quiet space
The Shure M7 in black and silver is also on sale for like 179 as a prime day deal - about half price.. Has USB and XLR - so upgradable in the future. Also built for talking/speech in particular with some good anti-background noise mitigation for untreated rooms.

Heard it's a great little microphone - USB, and supposedly built-in shock mount. There's no mute button which might be the only downside - but given the price, seems like a steal.
