They're different. Their product is actually kind of bank account as I posted here:

The cashback is more of a bonus to attract new customers, rather than their main business (as opposed to CR/SB). Not bad offer though.
Their website doesn't even try to explain what it is, which makes me very suspicious.

@hanofee: Yeah looks alright but don't need/want another visa card. Get 2% cashback using the CRO card (used to be 3).

Anyone tried using the Guzman Y Gomez app and payed by card on the app, have received cashback ?
I got the cashback but ordering in-store, haven’t tried guzman app yet as it logged me out when I was there and couldn’t be bother to remember my login
hi mate, did you use the virtual card ? i don't see an option to add to apple pay for the virtual card
Yes. U can add by typing the card number manually. A bit of workaround but it works.
@hanofee: Yeah thank you, managed to add it. Do you know if we can double dip this one and referral bonus I.e. spend $20, get $10 from referral bonus on first purchase and $10 cashback from this offer ?
@SydOzber: Of course. The referral bonus is for first usage of anything. If u have other Bano friend, u can even split it for a random lottery bonus. I did it and in total, we got another $3-ish back on just over $20 spend :)
@hanofee: Spent $14 this morning, got $10 signup bonus and $4 card cashback bonus (not sure what this is).$7 yet to come.

@SydOzber: Oh I understand now, u actually need to go slightly over, maybe by even 1c. I’ve spent exactly $20 yesterday and only got $7 too (the lower tier), while u only got $4 for $14 too
