I came across this deal while hunting for SSD, looks like this 2TB has a good write speed of 2000MB/s.
Officeworks has them for $660.

  • 4Tb showing $581.86 for me +$14.68 delivered. Crazy price but I don't need it

    • sorry this is not the pro version, so about 1000mb/s transfer

  • Could kick JH in the butt since the "import tax (gst)" came in. If they want people to buy aussie, they should lower their prices lol

  • I bought last year the same for $339 from officeworks. It never went down to that price after that.

  • It's best to let people know you must have USB 3.2 gen 2x2 port on your PC in order to get 2000MB/s. Apple Macs have no intention to support USB 3.2 gen 2x2 (USB 4 does NOT need to support USB 3.2 gen 2x2).

    • Macs are for low info (profanity)

    • All existing Macs will get 10gbps, not 20gbps from this drive.

This USB spec thing is driving people crazy, how the hell a regular user knows what USB they have on their machine?!
