    I dont recommend end. Bought 2k worth of items from them. They sent a box with a scarf. Complained to customer support and they said to report it to the police for stolen goods.
    I only happened to have a video of me picking up the box and opening it as evidence to request a chargeback otherwise they would have kept my 2k.

      I’ve made around 10 purchases from END. Most have been flawless. The others were minor issues from a shipping delay to damaged goods. END live chat is excellent and they’ve always tried to reconcile my issues promptly.

      Yes, return shipping is problematic (compared to Matches Fashion or MyTheresa for eg), so I avoid buying anything I know I may have to return. You can pay using PayPal, which covers up to $45 of your return shipping cost.

      I wouldn’t let the poor reviews put anyone off. END have some incredible prices on designer clothes and home goods compared to Australia.

      Never had a problem with END. Loves to collect sneakers way back 2013 and been using END without DRAMAS.

      And YES, most are lot cheaper than local stocks.

      I frequently order from END. (every few months) and never had an issue with them. I had to return one item to them and the experience was pretty seamless. Big thing for me is that the prices are a lot cheaper than local stock but also they stock XS sizes which for a lot of times sizing here in Australia don't have.
