HNZ UMF 10+ Manuka honey supports natural healing and bacterial balance and is excellent for daily for an immunity boost, MGO 275+ equivalent.

Dosage: When unwell: 1 – 2 teaspoons recommended up to three times a day while symptoms persist. For daily use: 1 – 2 teaspoons daily.

      You’re likely just allergic to pollen, so you should probably avoid “raw honey”’entirely.

          I’m not personally familiar with that particular brand. I know that HNZ is one of the premium Manuka honey brands & that’s all 100% certified
