Game has been delayed until 2023. They'll still honor the price whenever it does come out though. I have a pre order for the next saints row that's 50% off the most expensive edition too

Nope, it dropped in price very briefly iirc. It only happened for the Xbox version too.

Day one of Gamepass and pretty sure it’s been delayed to 2023 because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It was scheduled for December prior to the invasion.
Really sad about the devs. Some of them are still on the front lines fighting the Russians, others lost their homes etc.
Fingers crossed it all comes back together for them.

after paying 130 for xb3, 160 for FE three hope, 145 for bayonetta 3, this looks like a bargain, at least it has lots of items. i don't even play FPS, just pre ordered one.

lol this is pretty much price error for sure. I believe the developer gonna lose money if they sell the collector edition at this price considering the game itself worth 79.
Who knows…anyways I'm pretty sure it's Amazon that are losing money but they will still honor it.

They have always honoured their prices even if it ends up being below their cost…a strategy they have used for well over a decade to undercut competitors.
@Smigit: Really was it for a preorder that was indefinitely postponed? Or just out of stock? Have yet to have them do that to me for any order, but sucks to know its a possibility, thanks for the info.
@mantrex19: Example I pulled up from my mailbox was a pricing error for an album some years ago. Think I’ve been credited on one or two other occasions for pricing errors.
Amazon at least generally handles the situations well.
