    Hey mate, you know what's error code E9 stands for? I ordered a few sets when Sonic and pickup truck was 20% off. Did 2 orders and another order of something else. I did 3 orders (within $$250) using 3 different prepaid MC from Coles. You reckon that's why the orders got cancelled with error E9 and my account got flagged?

      where did you see that error code? you may have to chat with lego support team?

        In the cancellation email. Yeah I have chat with them, chat support unable (can't) explain why. Just asked if possible, do I want to reinstate the orders, which I said yes. They have to escalate to cancellations team to review and make a decision. A quick google search seems to indicate Lego sometimes flag accounts which they consider possibly a reseller or business (LOL). Thought you might know since you buy a fair bit of Lego. Though I thought it may be due to the fact I used prepaid MC which they probably didn't like.

  Almost missed this. Practically none of the newer sets are available now so I bought Professors Of Hogwarts Brickheadz for me, and a couple of sets to sell (at cost) just to get the Hogwarts Staircase. Chose to forgo the birthday clown as I still had a code for one of the VIP coins plus I redeemed points for $30 off and the Retro Spinning keyring. Buying Lego from Lego is a reward and code stacking challenge.
