Osko Payment to Hiver Disappeared

Sent 70 bucks to my Hiver PayID through Osko yesterday as I did many times before, and it was sent successfully, but the money never showed up in my Hiver account. This is unsual coz it should be instant.

Maybe there is a glitch so hours later I tried sending $5 the same way and it went through. I have contacted the banks and they said it's the problem of Osko whereas on Osko's website the FAQ told me to contact the bank since there seems to be no way to talk to Osko.

Anybody else had this problem? Thanks.

Update: Got the message just now (Monday morning) that the money is received. Thank you very much folks!

    Yes Hiver (and TMB, Hiver's owner) are currently having this problem.

    The payments are being accepted by the backend but not reflected in the account.

    It's Hiver not Osko.

    They said they're going to fix it over the weekend.

    I had one payment show up that I did on Thursday night yesterday evening. So they do eventually come through, just late.

    Not impressed given the lack of information about the problem. The thing on their website hardly suggests what the issue is.

    I had an osko payment vanish (not to Hive). Paid for some facebook market place stuff and they wanted osko. He was happy seeing the success page on my NAB mobile app. But where he was the mobile coverage was very poor. Day later he says he hadn't received it. No sign of anything in my app… money hadn't been transferred at all

    Unable to login to the app or the website and their online chat immediately disconnects you. Someone at Hiver isnt having a good day.

    Out of 2 of my transfers only one went through to hiver despite using the same bank both times

    Seems there's a problem with Osko transfers through Westpac as well since yesterday.

    Did a NAB to Hiver transfer on Sunday night, still no sign of it appearing.

    FYI Hiver will no longer be doing 5% cashback from 7th Sept 2022 for customers that joined on or before 26th August….anyone who joined after 26th Aug get no cashback at all
