[Unobtainable] Tefal Easy Clean+ 24cm or 30cm Non Stick Fry Pan $0 Delivered @ Tefal Australia

Moved to Forum: Original Link

Suitable for all heat sources except induction.

24cm link - https://www.tefal-shop.com.au/products/tefal-easy-clean-non-…

First code is for the 30cm, second is for the 24cm.

Got sent to me by a friend - so unknown origin, but worked for me. Free shipping appears once you have entered the code during checkout.

Can't order them both together - you have to do two separate orders. The 24cm looks like shipping won't be free, but at final checkout after the code the shipping IS free.

Don't know if it will last or be honoured - but can't hurt to try!

  • Got the cancellation email

  • OP should’ve kept it to themselves.

That's what I said. Then got downvoted like no tomorrow. OP ruined it for me

  • Just received the following cancellation email:
Unfortunately, we've had some technical difficulties following our “Spin to Win” competition at Bastille Festival Sydney.
Any orders placed using the coupon code from the "Spin to Win" competition have been cancelled and will not be redeemed due to widespread, unauthorised sharing of the code, which was in direct breach of the T&Cs found here.
Rest assured that our legitimate winners who were successful in the competition at Bastille Festival will be contacted directly with a new code to redeem their prize asap.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to rectify the situation immediately.

I'm resting assured, as a legitimate winner!

    • +1

Hang on so everyone who won legitimately by spinning is also cancelled, and only the people who attended the festival have their wins honoured? The wording is weird

      • Yep, that's the way I read it.

        • +2

Well damn. In that case this deal post went way worse than expected

          • +1

@peppet: Yes all legitimate orders were cancelled. Everything was voided …..

        • I have friends who only entered on the website and they have been emailed new working codes.

          • @meeowth: Were the new codes for frypans or other prizes too?

            • @peppet: 3 of 7 have gotten new codes, not sure what the 3 that have codes have in common. Not all pans I think

    • +5

competition have been cancelled and will not be redeemed due to widespread, unauthorised sharing of the code, which was in direct breach of the T&Cs found here.

No it was because you didn't think to make codes unique or at the very least limit them to only 1000.

      • +2

The codes were all unique. Had no idea they could be used multiple times until this post was made. They did mess up by not limiting 'unique' codes to one-time use. What's the point of a unique code then Tefal..

        • It's ok, bad pr can not stick to tefal

  • They did exactly what 7-eleven had done. Bye pans.

  • Cancelled too.

    Hello,

We thought you'd like to know that we dispatched your order.

      order #?

  • -1

Whoo! No cancellation email yet 🤞 — was order #40XXX

    • +2

      Junk mail?

      • Nope, not in junk or inbox as of yet…

        • +1

I was order 28XXX and was cancelled. You just need to wait!

    • Sounds like you ordered before this fella posted on Ozbargain. I ordered in the first like 5 minutes of the deal being posted and was order #43XXX

      • +1

Ordered when it was posted on the original post (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/713159)

        • Ahh, noice. I don't really frequent the competitions section of this forum, but I guess that's my loss! Well played.

      • +2

My order and friends' orders were all legitimate wins from the spin and win competition (order 27xxx), they all got cancellation emails too.

        • Rest assured that our legitimate winners who were successful in the competition at Bastille Festival will be contacted directly with a new code to redeem their prize asap.

    • +1

LOL! Wishful thinking I was order #30XXX, also got cancellation.

  • -1

Thanks OP for cancelling everyone's orders.

    • +4

Rest assured that our legitimate winners who were successful in the competition at Bastille Festival will be contacted directly with a new code to redeem their prize asap.

      • I ordered through the original comp post and just got a new code.

        • Post the new code.

          • +1

@brendanm: I got the original code by spinning the wheel (not using a shared code). Sharing codes led to the cancellations. Nice try.

            • +2

@Tree Fiddy: Do it for your mates, how funny would it be if they didn't make them single use again 😂

              • @brendanm: That’d be hilarious 😂. I think they learned their lesson though… from the new email: "Voucher codes can only be used once and any attempt to manipulate or redeem multiple prizes will render the claim invalid and Groupe Seb will reserve the right to forfeit the prize".

I won one of the $50 vouchers though and it looks like the problematic codes may have been for the instant win frypans (could be wrong though).

    • +3

      Deal was posted at 15:50

First report of an order number was Rod M at 15:59 quoting order #43577.

There are people on here who had orders in the #28xxx saying they got their orders cancelled. If you think everyone who heard about the code didn't already share it with 5 friends well before I posted it and it was just OzBargain that killed the deal for you, I have a bridge I can ship you free of charge in celebration of Bastille Day.

      • +1

Was I the only one who didn't know these codes were multi-use?? I shared completely innocently thinking someone could have a frypan that would've otherwise gone unclaimed..

If the order# 9 mins into this deal was 16,000 after the legitimate order I made and there were only 2500 prizes then it seems there were thousands of repeats made well before you posted

        • Yep - it seems like the cat was well and truly out of the bag before it hit the front page. And we all got some lol's. No one was getting a pan. Seems like a win win to me.

      • My order 29XXX was cancelled but I received a new code as I got it from the spinning game and not from the one you shared.

        • I also won one from the spinning game but have yet to receive a code

        • What did you win? I just had a $20 bucks voucher.

Received cancellation email. It hurts right here in my meow meow

  • I don't think this post can qualify for a popular deal badge no more…

  • Seems that I didn't loose anything by missing this offer.

  • -2

    OZB DATA HARVESTED!

  • +7

I'm outraged I tell you! I hope tefal burns to the ground, I'll never buy anything from them again, and will leave them negative reviews everywhere. Currently have the accc on the line to complain.

    • -1

You still keep the upvote? I did not order at all but prepared to downvote.

      • Lrn 2 sarcasm.

    • Time to overthrow Tefal's dirty business empire! oh and burn down 7-Eleven too!

      — rage from an angry ozbargainer

  • sacré bleu

I didn't really want your crappy pans anyway.

  • +7

Damn that didn’t really pan out :(

    • LMAO

    • +2

They’re quality frypans for sure. Thousands of fraudulent attempts to grab them just didn’t stick

  • +5

Spoke to support just to find out how many orders from the deal were made and they had "approx 24 thousand" loooooool power of ozb

    • its strange because i have seen better offers get way less people,

    • How many clicks were sent via this deal according to Ozbargain? I can't tell now as it's been changed to a forum post.

      • Last I checked was over 10k clicks

        • how do you view how many clicks?

          • @pinkybrain: You can't anymore as it's been changed to a forum post. It was a deal which had that information public even to non logged in users.

            • @brisdaz: how do you view how many clicks on other deals?

              I only see votes

              • -1

@pinkybrain: Look next to the website hyperlink (the same line as OP and the time posted/last edited etc)

              • +1

@pinkybrain: Yep it's next to the domain hyperlink where @perhaps said.

                See screenshot - https://i.imgur.com/OguvAMy.png

                • @brisdaz: thanks for the screenshot..
that text color is so faded and blended with the page background, never saw that before till now

always wonder how some people know a page had like 5000 click

                  • @pinkybrain: I believe that's an intentional UX design to avoid information overload.

  • Oh well.

  • I got a new code. I won a $20 voucher spinning the wheel. Might get some tongs.

  • +1

I just wanted to use my newly received voucher code and it only worked on a gift card. So I used the $20 code to buy a $20 gift card to buy tongs. Like this I was also able to use the WELCOME15 15% off code to get the tongs with delivery for free.

  • I think if you did it through the spin and win link to actually get a unique code they honored it. The spin and win chance was quite high like 3/4 or 2/4 spins seemed to win.

    • I was able to win a pan on my second try. Wouldn't have known this promotion existed if it weren't for this post lmao.

  • +1

Just got my new code. I think they're taking a while to get through everyone

    • So happy you got a new code! You deserve it!

      • Have you got yours yet?

        • No code! I doubt I’ll get one!

          • @amygirl: None of my friends whose codes I shared got theirs either. It seems like Tefal blacklisted the emails that won those codes, which I find unfair since they were legitimately won. I'm sorry :(

            • @peppet: It’s all good! I’m glad you got a code though! 🥳

  • +1

got my 24cm frying pan yesterday

    • Free one?

      • +1

yep..but I spun the wheel to get my own code

  • +3

Just got my first marketing email haahhahah

    • +4

Same. Unsubscribed. Not within t&c to honour free pan, but ok to put into marketing emails…..

      • +3

Extremely poor form. Wife does marketing and exact words were I would have taken the people who tried for it off the marketing list post haste!

        • +3

          Free spam not free pan

      • I actually emailed that Tina lady to take me off the list weeks ago after a bunch of our group never got their new codes, looks like she happily ignored me

  • +1

Came to say the same thing re them spamming us… wow, that's so freaking lame. Should be done for spam… soneone report them!

    • +1

Are there tools to make it easy to report spam to ACMA?

One can report spam or complain about Spam at Complain or report spam to the ACMA. Report is for trending information and complaining may cost them money.

  • And the spam continues… absolute dogs.. won't be buying anything off them going forward.

    • I'm appalled. I've emailed them 5 times now asking to be removed from all communications. They ignored me the first time and then confirmed 3 times that I've been removed from all communications and "will look into why I keep getting emails". And yet I keep getting spam.
      …these dirty lies

      • Complain to ACMA.
