  • GREAT!!! And a lower free shipping threshold than Myer.

    • But Myer was 33% off and you can get some discount Myer giftcard to pay for it

  • Hmm, the offer doesn't appear to be live yet, prices haven't been updated. Will push back start time and keep an eye on things.

    • Thought i was going crazy, but pays to read the description.
      July 18th 2022 at 12:00AM AEST (10:00AM EST)
Still another hour and a half til it goes live.

But one and half hours away should be 12:00 PM AEST rather than AM, shouldn't it?

        • Also not sure what the "EST" is if it's not AEST, doesnt look like it's US EST (which is the only other EST I know, even if it doesn't make sense to mention it for an Australian sale)

        The original email actually said

As a token of our appreciation, please enjoy a 23% saving across all products. We’re extending this offer to you from from July 18-27.

I misread the timestamp in the description initially, thinking it was 10am AEST.

July 18 10:00AM EST (US) is actually July 19 0:00AM AEST. I get the feeling the Deciem stuffed something up.

    • Got another email today apologising about the dates/times.

We told you about our sale taking place, however, there was a bit of confusion around the time zones. Please accept our apologies.

The sale is now live and will be running from:

July 18 at 12:00 AM AEST (July 19 at 10:00 AM EST) to July 29 at 12:00 AM AEST (July 28 at 10:00 AM EST) with everything available at 23% OFF.

  • Great. gonna try the new shampoo+body wash plus some other serums.

I bought the Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% off Ebay before it was allowed for sale in Australia, my skin concern is a lot of brown age spots but it didn't help at lighting them at all, just a personal experience so while its good we finally have access to it here but no, I won't be purchasing it again.

    • Thanks I was debating whether to buy as all the previous products I bought from the ordinary didn't really do much for me either.

I learnt about this brand from the youtubers who have raving reviews about their products but seriously I bought the above, the nacidamine and the retinol and while all of them are comfortable to use, I didn't see much results like what those youtubers said so really each to their own.

@sistermay, since the AA + AA didn't work for you, another product on the market is the John Plunkett'sSuperFade Face Treatment Cream which has 2% Hydroquinone and is made in Australia. I haven't tried it myself but read that hydroquinone works better at fading spots.

    • Second this. Bought from beautybay, didn't do much for me either.

Only thing really worth buying for me personally is the glycolic acid toner

Anyone else having issues ordering??? I keep getting "Your order has been declined" after finishing checkout. My address is entered correct, tried paying by credit card and paypal. No luck :(

    • Mine was accepted, but never got a confirmation email except for Paypal's own notification. Order status is sitting on 'Waiting Approval'

      • Cheers. I'll keep an eye on my Paypal and try again in a couple of days if it doesn't stick.

      • Just got a confirmation email for the order.

    • Yes! I just tried with Klarna Pay in 4 card, and it got declined twice - no reason mentioned. So then I tried with Zip card, again rejected. I thought maybe it was that I was using one-time cards, so I used Paypal - rejected again! They really don’t want our money 😐
