haven't been able to redeem points to dollars for over a month now and have been trying weekly on 2 accounts.
have tried multiple browsers on desktop and the app but no luck…it just spits out a generic error (firefox) or just hangs (edge)
have never had an issue redeeming up until recently…..anyone else here having the same issue as myself?

@franco cozzo: My last redemption was Jan (local Coles shut down for reno), so not sure if anyone else is having trouble with the points.
I submitted a feedback form knowing I'll be on hold forever if I tried to call, fingers crossed it gets fixed
Running Android, last conversion 21/06. Just tried a conversion in the app then and went through without issue.
I guess try deleting cache/uninstalling reinstalling app. Good luck
….finally was able to log in on the app. then navigated to redeem dollars and all ok. first time in quite awhile…
the problem is it still isnt working on desktop firefox and microsoft edge…very frustrating
I had issues redeeming on website last week… tried about a dozen times and page would just hang. I kept trying and eventually it went through.
Had your problems on website so tried App and all ok.
yeah seems the ONLY thing that works for flybuys is their app….what a crock

multiple accounts & shoppers in our household as is permitted. thats no reason for the website to not be working either….
….also updated the app (android) this morning and now i cant even sign in successfully, let alone redeem. anyone having similar?
