Thinking of getting the Philips Air Fryer, but the last Air Fryer I had (Russel Hobbs) died in 3 months, and I had extra protection on that, so it was all good. How good is the 2 year manufacturer warranty with Philips? Will they actually do refunds / replacements / repairs as outlined in their policy? Anyone have any experience on any Philips warranty?
I have a Philips Air Fryer and the black enamel basket wore off (probably from putting it in the dishwasher) after about 11 months. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they sent me a new one straight away. Was overall a good experience!
