Valvoline Full Synthetic SynPower Engine Oil 5W-40 5L for high performance vehicle, if this one can use for my Mazda 3 2010 and BMW 320i E90 2007?

    You want to put full synthetic oil for high power engines into a 12yo Mazda 3? Sure, whatever floats your boat.

      i change cars but I don't change oils, I mean oil brands

    You're probably better off using more reasonably priced normal specc'ed oil and changing it more frequently than keeping expensive oil in the engine for longer…
