How to cancel Amazon AU Subscribe & Save Subscription?

Feeling more than a little stupid that I can't figure this out.

I found a help page but these instructions are not working for me. Hovering gets me nowhere. https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeā€¦

All I seem to get is the option to amend the subscription but not cancel it.

I know I can ask Amazon but I want to know if it's possible to do this myself online without going through the contact rigmarole each time I take advantage of a 'Subscribe and Save' deal.

  • Should be able to go to https://www.amazon.com.au/auto-deliveries and cancel them as required. There may not be the option if any are in process of being dispatched to you.

  • https://www.amazon.com.au/auto-deliveries >> subscriptions >> edit >> cancel subscription

  • If you are on the app goto the 3 lines at the bottom right, click account, click subscribe and save, click subscriptions across the top, click edit, go right to the bottom and click cancel

  • Also, if you have set up Subscribe and Save on different delivery addresses, they won't all appear together. You have to go to your Subscription tab, and Click on "Deliver to". Click on each address and you will see the subscriptions to that address

    • Yep I nearly got caught out on this. So unintuitive

  • if you are on Amazon website:

    1. Click "Hello, xxxxxx Account & Lists" on top right

    2. on the bottom right ish of the page, there are 1 option called "Subscribe & Save", mind you this has no icon making this hard to be spotted. Ctrl F if you need.

    3. There you are.

    wait for Indian scammer to ring you up, they are pretty prudent at calling

  • Amazon has really good cs. Why would you avoid calling them?

  • It seems cancel option randomly disappears but if you circle around enough times the cancel option finally reappears! It seems to have been permanently removed from the anazon app though as only edit (change qnty, date etc is available) It took 5mins on web browser going in & out of the subscription for cancel option to show up.

      I do try to figure things out for myself but this one had me stumped. Even following some of the advice, I was just not getting the same prompts as others.
