i might be showing my age here but that is a bloody certified list of top hits right there.

      • i might be showing my age here - but I don't remember much of the 90's. So would be wasted on me😥
But should be a great night afternoon for many.

        I'll drink to that.

But to me, Cruel Intentions will always be this music.

Which Now That's What I Call Music is this from?

Watched this in Sydney. The singing was a bit meh but overall was entertaining enough. Would not pay full price but for $8 it's a no brainer.

  • Just a little bit curious about turnaround time for the actual ticket email? It's been just shy of 2 hours and I've received the "we will send you your tickets soon" email, but not the tickets themselves. Ta!

    • Tickets will be emailed to you one day prior, probably in the evening. Please keep checking your email. If you still don't get your tickets, please email [email protected] - we will organise box-office collect. So, please don't worry!

I was just informed by the producer that it will be box-office collect. This means you will need to come to the box office 30 minutes prior to the show, give your full name (please bring photo ID) and you will receive your tickets.

  • Well that was a waste of time, and $8 plus travel costs… turned up adult and a 15 year old and denied entry as have to be 16+ for this particular venue… despite their own websites front page having "All Ages :)" on it… apparently if you buy tickets and go through their system it will tell you 16+ but I didn't see anywhere in your free ticket system saying that.

Other venues like SA allow under 16 but not this one.

Was told the "All Ages :)" on the poster is a known issue and they were trying to get it removed, same problems last night with paying guests, but so far it hasn't been.

    • Why didn't you just say your kid was 16…
      Rookie mistake.

      Thanks OP.
The show was awesome, have recommended to family and friends.

      • They actually required photo ID for verification, didn’t happen to have any fake ID at the time.

        • 16 year olds are not carrying proof of age cards in QLD, again Rookie error and you missed a ripper show.

          • @Jessie Ryder: lol.. to get in to the show people who looked young had to show photo ID that they were 16+ what that ID was they did not specify… student ID… Passport…. just something, and as stated didn't have any fake ID at the time so that wasn't an option.

Already contacted the PR person at ItsOnTheHouse who had organised this deal and they had no idea it was 16+ either.

            • @Pobman: Karen much?
Complaining for a free deal and then complaining again to the manager (Onthehouse)

Take some responsibly yourself and look at the Ticketmaster page, clearly states the "Child policy"

              • @Jessie Ryder: Lol why would you go to the Ticketmaster page to look at buying tickets when you got them for free. Especially when you've already checked the Theatres own website which at the time on the front page for this show clearly stated "All Ages :)". Might be fixed now as they did say they would correct it ASAP.

I informed the PR person as they made no mention of this restriction, and as it turned out they didn't even know. Could be useful for them to know if they run such deal again and can subsequently advertise the fact it's 16+.

  • Phenomenal show! Thx OP!

    • great and thanks for your feedback
