Chasing Pass through Charger, Power Bank (Hybrid) with at least 45W+

Hi guys,

I'm chasing a Charger/Power bank with USB/USB-C and at least 45W for my Dell XPS 13. Can be 10000 or 20000maH but not bigger. Been looking through some sites and forums but nothing sticks out to suit. Found this from Dell - PH45W17-CA - but it doesn't have an USB or USB-C port to charge other devices at the same time. Anyone got any suggestion? Cheers

  Thanks for sharing, so they both can be used with power adapter + use of laptop whilst they charge up and when power adapter is not available used as powerbank? Reading all these specs aren't clear to me?
