Anybody Else Having Problems Accessing Qantas Points Auto Rewards / Reaching Support?

I've been struggling to get access to the Auto Rewards page, it just reports "Sorry, we couldn’t load your Auto Rewards history this time. Please try again later." - has anyone else had this issue?

I also reached out to support via email months ago, but nobody has responded to me since. Is this normal?

  • support email turnaround time is about 6 months then they usually ask you for another info so another 6 months from there.

  • did you get anywhere with this? I'm trying to unsubscribe from auto rewards but can't find the option to do it.

    • Had to call them up and they were able to assist me over the phone. Still no reply to my email, but the phone line luckily only took 20 minutes.

  • Last week, we experienced a technical issue with our Auto Rewards subscriptions. That means, if you attempted to unsubscribe or subscribe, we might not have received your request and ask that you make it again.

    They've finally gotten around to fixing this. The page is working now for me.

    To unsubscribe the Auto Rewards, follow the steps below;
    1. Log in to ‘My Account’ by entering your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, Surname and PIN and clicking Log in. - Done
    2. You will be taken to the ‘My Account’ page. Yes
    3. Scroll down to the ‘Auto Rewards’ section and click Manage Auto Rewards. Does not exist so searched auto rewards and after 2 searches found this page Qantas Frequent Flyer Auto Rewards | Qantas
    4. You will be taken to a ‘Manage Auto Rewards’ page. No such page exists
    5. Underneath the ‘Auto Rewards subscription section’, click the Unsubscribe from Auto Rewards button. No page
    6. You will be taken to an unsubscribe confirmation page and sent an unsubscribe confirmation email. Nope
