I picked this up last year from costco when it was on sale.
    My advice is don't.
It's really heavy, the bowl is tiny.Motor doesn't seem that strong , just whipping egg whites takes ages.
Had a kenwood chef before this and could make at least 3 x larger quantities and it was more powerful.
The only thing I like about this is the optional vegetable sheeter attachment .
I tend to keep this kitchen aid mixer under the bench and only pull it it out every few months as it's heavy. Find the $29 hand held sunbeam is much easier to store and does a reasonable job without all the hassle.

They're meant to be heavy so that they don't wobble… they're a stand mixer. Also Mini is literally in the title I don't think you can complain about it not making as much stuff as a non mini stand mixer

It's not as powerful as a$29 hand mixer when doing simple egg whites.

The point of the stand mixer is that you can just switch it on and do something else whilst it whisks, so it doesn't really matter how long it takes.
The hand mixer needs you to do the mixing…
