TCN Gift Cards Become Inactivated

I have bought a few TCN Giftcards including a few directly from TCN website, and others from supermarket when they have discounts

Recently, when I want to check balances on TCN website, many of them are $0 balance with a 0001 expiry year

While I contact TCN support they are able to load the balance back, but this requires me to do 1 by 1 request

Just wanna ask anyone also experiencing this issue?

Isn't that those TCN giftcards should be activated after the card has been paid in supermarket?

(Note: this issue also happens to my 5 x $100 HOME card which purchased directly from TCN website in Feb 2022)

  yes, I sorted out by contact TCN
  They told me now they have changed the process in card activation

Solution: never buy on website. Only buy in coles/woolworths. I have bought large quantities and never had an issue. They are instantly activated and ready to use straight away.
