  Can a rep comment to clarify expiry date on Kogan GC? Its concerning there are reports that once part of the GC is is, the remaining balance has only 12 months to use instead of the 3 years as required by ACL.

    I just bought a Kogan card, its expiry date is 2/8/25, so exactly 3 years.

      See if the expiry on the remaining credit drops to 12 months after you use part of it. I think that's what chyawala is saying.

        I used the whole amount on a purchase, but I could only see a balance as I recall so I would not have known if the expiry date changes (though I could be wrong).

        Furthermore, there is no mention in the terms and conditions that the expiry date of a gift card drops to 12mths if partly used. The terms and conditions clearly state: "Kogan.com eGift Cards Codes expires 1095 days (3 Years) from the date the eGift Card is purchased. Redeeming an eGift Card Code after the purchase date will not extend the expiry date".

        Anyway, the whole exercise for me was a waste of time as I found a much cheaper source overall (outside Kogan) after purchasing.

    The only gift card you can use on TGG Commercial is the Visa version of the Ultimate Home gift card.
