iPhone 13 Mini Price Drop after New September Release?

Currently using a Coles refurbished iPhone 8 which is perfectly adequate for my needs - except for the camera.
Previously had iPhone 11. Great camera but was size and weight of brick.
I loved my iPhone 5 and trialled the iPhone 8 to see if small size was ok again.

Currently OS and prefer to buy from Apple store in Oz. Fancy an iPhone 13 mini 256 gb to keep 5 years.

What is likely to happen to stock, availability and prices in September with release of new 14 but no mini replacement?

Not keen on SE cos of single camera.

    13 mini has been excluded from all the sales so far, likely because there's no 14 replacement, I wouldn't expect much.

    I went from an iPhone 6 to a 13 mini and paid full price. No regrets. I mainly upgraded for the bump in camera quality. I figure why hold out hoping to receive a small discount on something that is easily going to last several years. If the model you want is available now and you can afford one go for it.     12 Mini was $749 (64GB) on Amazon AU 3 months ago in May if that helps. So maybe 13 Mini will get a price drop May next year 2023? You have to be quick though 3x camels shows it only lasted a few days.

    The image of the 2nd ultra wide lens on the dual camera models is distorted and looks terrible. You will probably always end up using the normal tele lens keep that it mind.

    12 Mini and 13 Mini weight slightly less than iPhone 8 which you will probably be happy about.

    First World problems

    If 50g more weight for an Iphone 11 is what you'd consider a brick then i'd be hitting the gym.

    Also they're discontinuing the mini for a reason due to its lack of popularity, not to mention its tiny battery which doesn't keep up with the more demanding processors.

      Haha yeah, iPhone is my pedometer for daily run. 11 flops around in pocket like a brick.
      Maybe I need a cool armband - or an 11 in both pockets!

    Vodafone is currently offering $350 off on iPhones. I think it come down to $1500.
