Regardless of any research stating PTFE (Teflon) is safe, I've been getting rid of any PTFE coated cookware.
I'm having trouble finding any decent (Tiger, Cuckoo, Zojirushi, etc) rice cookers that don't use PTFE pots but aren't any more than a 6 cup capacity (3 preferred) as kitchen space is quite limited where I live and don't need a family serve of rice.
Are there any good options out there that suit my needs?
I would suggest looking into "Ceramic Rice Cookers" or "Multi-cookers (with a Stainless Steel Pot)"

I have a ‘Tatung’ rice cooker and it’s completely stainless steel - which is why we bought this one.

They exist but I've never seen them for free
They're not cheap, but I have a Buffalo (Taiwanese brand) 5-cup rice cooker that is stainless steel that would meet your criteria - I'm not sure of the model number, but they still sell them.
They also have a mini 3-cup version.

I bought a Tefal band one in Malaysia that isn’t Teflon coated. It does 1-4 cups and I found it rare that they made ones that go down to 1 cup (we don’t eat much rice, but eat it often). The particular model wasn’t available in Australia. You may need to shop overseas or on Amazon.

It’s rubbed off, but I think R22 then a letter? Tefal Mini Rice Cooker but different to the model with Teflon bowl.

I got the 10 one it's great, stainless steel inside. steams the rice and can be used as steamer
it's pricey
but worth it. they should have a smaller version
amazon had it for a while, I got it through one of the Japanese mart (as it came with a aus plg)
