    Last time I ordered during one of your promos the beans I received seemed to be 2nds which a lot of shells/ears. I ended up throwing the entire bag out. Did anyone else here experience the same?

    Do the beans in this promo have any problems/issues?

      We're so sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with our beans in the previous sale. We aim for excellence with everything we do, however, we understand that during promo periods due to the demand, things may go amiss and we take full responsibility for this.

      We want to clarify that for promos, customers are not receiving 2nds and all of the purchases are as freshly roasted as possible with the aim to create the highest-quality coffee :)

      Again, we truly apologise if our coffee has been unpleasant, but we would for you to give as another go and are happy to receive more feedback if you feel it is not up to standard!

      I had the same issue with the 1kg pack; they wanted me to send photos. I removed the waste from the beans and did not have proof. Be careful; their after-sales service is blaming it on the shipping issue. I did not believe it.

      I will not buy them beans again.

      I ordered two 1kg bags last time.

      The decaf kg was fine, no shells and tasted good.

      The blend tasted good but was the worst beans I have ever purchased in re to their look. All broken and shelled. I took photos but cbb to contact them. It's a shame as I did enjoy the taste.

    Is DRK blend dark roast i.e. oily beans ? i am using Magnifica so cant use oily beans. I tried BLK before which is pretty gud but was looking for something stronger this time :)

        Coz it's bean to cup machine. Not recommended to use oily beans for beans 2 up machines
