$11.70 shipping.. Would have been an instant buy if free shipping.

    $36.70 including shipping and GST.

    • $15.95 for me

I think it may have been an all time low when I picked it up for $35 bucks delivered (Prime), burning as it's still in the plastic

Edit: couldn't help it, bought a second one to give as a gift. For those wondering, my limited research is that Europe fixes some fo the issues from the original and is the one to get. Plus if you are playing with kids they get to learn about the overall geography of an entire continent of dozens of countries rather than just the US

    • Correct. The stations help prevent being fully blocked from completing a route.

      It's a great game.

Says clearance, I think there is a new "Putins' Europe edition" coming out with new borders, might also have future expansion sets.

    • +1

Huh, that's funny, it comes with both Europe and North America maps… weird.

Wow. Good deal. Great little family or lightweight game.

on high rotation in our house, great strategy driven game play vs dice driven but about an hour game time vs something like risk which can take an hour just to setup and three days after to repair relationship damage.

If you have 2 or 3 players only then you can try the Nordic version. Should be a fair bit quicker to get through a game.

Downside is the bananas geography and city names.

  • Thanks OP!!! Ordered!

  • Looks like a great price… though it's about $30 (inc post) from several sellers on eBay right now, so that might be a cheaper option. Any pitfalls from eBay board game sellers (e.g. frauds/fakes/bootlegs)?

yeah there is fakes going around, i saw a fake at $2 shop going for $45! i would always buy from a proper store

I bought this game from Amazon a few months ago, how do you determine if it's a fake or not?

        • +2

I think if you search online you should able to find some info but the easiest way is to buy from well known retailers. You should be safe if you bought from Amazon themselves and not third party sellers.

@IRON On the back of the instruction guide there is a serial number sticker. Try to register your serial number online to determine if it is fake or not. If you don't see a serial number then for sure it is fake.

Yes, yes and yes, as is well documented on ozbargain of every post that ever comes out about a board game and comparing a price from a reliable seller vs ebay where anything goes

  • Awesome find, purchased!

  • postage to WA is $16 :( Any discount code for free / discounted delivery?

  • Bought one! Finally get to add a Ticket to Ride game to my growing collection of board games. It's a version I haven't played yet too so that's great.

  • Thank you OP, great find. Bought one. For those in NSW and can pick up, there was a click and collect option for me from their Penshurst store. So the deal is even sweeter at $25!

    • Haha with how far it is to drive for me and cost of petrol, I would rather pay for shipping but unfortunately forgot to buy it when I got busy! Hope there will be an another deal sometime soon!
