Caffeine
Hey now, it's loaded with both caffeine and brocebos.
Each scoop has 360 mg of Caffeine 🤔
I regret using pre workouts with such large amounts of caffeine. While during the rush it was an amazing feeling, the crash, jitters and heart palpitations are not worth it.
I'm now on 50g and 100g once a blue moon. Energy is now more linear, rather than a huge spike and soul destroying crash.
Yeah I stopped doing it too and I was only taking a single 100mg pill before exercising.
fwiw, I find the L-Theanine actually helps a lot with the jitters and headspins.
That said, this has twice as much as my normal pre (Transparent Nutrition, 180mg) so maybe nothing helps when you are getting this buzzed.

It's a bit… weird.
It's not terrible tasting but had a bitter aftertaste that sometimes made me do the head shudder thing. Think chewing a panadol instead of swallowing it.
Best gulped down and then get on with it.

I removed it then re-added which applied the code PICKY-QPTAIY which made the total $50 plus shipping then when I added Freeship it went back to $58?
