Don't know why. I have used them before for sashimi. No issues at all. Just put in another order
I put in close to $100 every 2 weeks or so. The live seafood comes live. The dead ones still fresh. The only issue I have with them is if you order too far ahead, they will refund you when it is out of stock on day of delivery. However, the refund amount lacks the GST part……it was only 50c for me both times so never bothered chasing it. So now I only order for delivery tmr or day after.
Are the live seafood dead when they arrive?

I don't get it.. wouldn't you be better off going to local seafood shop on the day they get the fresh stock and buying there? Are these like.. much cheaper?
Not everyone has a local fish shop. Some fish shops also charge a kidney for a kg of prawns.

Cant comment on anything but their mud crabs. Bought twice and have been disappointed.
same, I spent almost $100.00 mud crabs, totally $$ wasted.
Animal cruelty near at its worst . I was guilty when younger and blind . Wheres empathy ? Should be removed . Karma . Go on mod delete the truth .
