They could not lodge the tenant bond within the allowed time due to personal reasons. They want to lodge now. Will there be any penalty for them? They are in Victoria. Would be glad to hear from anyone in the same situation.
Did they not use a real estate agent?

If you lodge it before getting fined, you might get lucky and won't get a fine, but I wouldn't wait longer than necessary…
