The best way to stop people from negging your posts is to threaten them with legal action. How is that working out for you?
Of all your posts and comments I have read over in the past, you are very confrontational. I get being passionate about your products, but it doesn't give you the right to threaten people with legal action. On top of that, the guy you threatened and said was stalking you has only negged about 3 or 4 of your 30+ posts.
Have you stopped to think that maybe the reason you are getting negged is a: your attitude to people asking questions and/or b: not offering the best deal? or perhaps c: that your posts just feel like spam at this point?
Negging because issue with seller threatening users over negative comments and votes.
Op go keep a low profile for the next 6mo or so, and maybe come back then. Unfortunately I think you may have done some fairly irreparable damage to your brand here.

I'm all for supporting small businesses, but threatening customers is an instant no. OP please have a read of some articles/youtube videos on how to handle negative feedback.
As others have said, looking at your past posts for the last year it does seem like spam now.
