Cheaper than Daiso $3.20, While stocks last
We can trust that they are safe to drink because they are brewed in Australia's allies independent countries Japan and Taiwan.
Come shoot me some fireworks or so called "missiles" if you want. LMAO

I used to spend so much money buying the Green Tea cause I'll used drink 1-2 a day.

Eventually I just got around to brewing my own for a fraction of the cost and I can brew whatever flavour I feel like but when I'm out having a meal and I see Ito En Oi Ocha Green Tea on the menu it's usually my go-to choice lol.

same with those thai milk tea (orange colour) at restaurants, you can pay $5 for a glass or you can spend a bit more at the asian grocers and get a bag to brew 20 serving for yourself.

Agreed but for me personally I find those to be a little more effort than I'm willing to put in lol.

For my tea though I just fill a stock pot with around 4L of water, bring to a boil then turn off and after a few minutes add like 8 tea bags which costs like $1 (I usually use Twinings and the 100 pack is like $12). Once it's cooled down I just transfer over to a couple 2L water pitchers/jugs and stick them in the fridge. Lasts a few days pretty easily and it's nice to have cold tea readily available for when guests come over.

I've lately been using Twinings Pure Peppermint and it's been delicious and works really well cold. I may have saved money in the long run by not buying the premade stuff but I have like 50 different types of tea in my cupboard now lol.

        • Once you go loose tea leaves, you won't go back to tea bags lol
I used to go to Japan regularly for tea leaves, now I am waiting for them to open their door, hopefully sometime in Sep/Oct.
at the mean time I ask my friend to ship me a few kg a time.

  • Decaf is just sugar water. It the brewed teas for Ito En Oi Ocha Green Tea heated again to be marketed as "decaf".

A shame the lychee flavour isn't available this time. Found it on sale while in Coles last time, and it was surprisingly decent for ~$2

  • I saw the normal green tea 2L bottles for $6 at Aldi

  • I used to smash these when I lived in Japan and Taiwan, who'd think a deal on a drink would make a person nostalgic about living in other countries.

  • PEACH was super nice almost like candy.

the rest were very mehhh won't get again

    • 'the rest' being green tea , i want to find the last 2

  • back to $2.95 ?
