      Stick a non sharp table knife under the lid and pop the cap off. Refill and then click the cap back on.

          @thegreatermamba: I just use the Palmolive (non foaming) stuff in the 1 litre bottles. Get them when on sale, and/or discounted via subscribe & save on Amazon. FYI The first time you pop off the lid can be hard, it gets easier after that. I actually did one by putting it in hot water - it fired off into the air…. probably not the safest way of doing it. ;-)
