Faulty Sound System Cosmetic Damages While Shipping Back after Repair

Hi All,

I have sent my Samsung HW-Q870A sound system for repair after HDMI connection issues.

It was sent back to the JB store from authorised repairer after fixing it. I have collected it today and reached home to find out that it had cosmetic damages. Subwoofer cloth has holes and dents in all the speakers.

What are my options here. It has only been 6 months since I purchased it. They gave me the whole setup in a box and i only checked after reaching home.

  Is it actually your system?

  Do you have a copy of serial numbers to compare?

    Good question. Serial number on sub woofer and sound bar is different the rear speakers.

  Bring it back and ask for a replacement or refund, they have to provide a refurb in similar or same condition as they received it for warranty.

  They agreed to take it back and i bought samsung hw 990b for $1300. Hope this one works fine.
