It's a sad state of affairs when my Chinese junk from Aliexpress arrives before something local.
I was on the same boat, they send me a fake tracking number and nothing worked, evantually received the refund after 5 weeks
No idea wtf Rivers is doing driving their own business to the ground.
Rep has posted 15 deals this year and have not replied to a single comment from users asking for help or support for their orders.
Honestly surprised they still in business,not sure how long they will last , its a shame because some of their mens shoes were very comfy.
I mean this mob have moved into a whole new level of terrible. Wife ordered a while back - didn't even get items REMOTELY like those she ordered, I am talking different products, completely different, difficult styles, colours, sizing. When we seek assistance. Crickets. Warehouse Manager is Stevie Wonder.
Don't know if still the case but remember recent story on 'A Current Affair' stating that Rivers were not sending out items ordered online. Would put me off if this is true and paid for items to discover that these never sent to me.
