i wouldn't be purchasing from these guys, extremely dodgy.
Do they mean after the courier drops it off maybe? Eg what if you drop it while trying to get it up a set of stairs then claim it was the courier who damaged it?
Or if they do an ATL drop off then it gets stolen (unlikely).
I once had a mid tier interstate courier company lose a $2000 order bound from NSW TO SA. Had a scan even for pickup from NSW then it just fell into a black hole. 6 parcels of 300x20x20, pretty easy to spot I would have thought. After ‘2 weeks’ of investigation by the nsw and Sa depot they said too bad so sad, no idea where it went. So had to resend at our cost.
If this desk company is implying they are not responsible for lost package after shipment that’s bs and definitely wouldn’t deal with them as yep that’s totally against ACL
