Mod note: User wordsmith has sighted a JB Hi-Fi internal notice directing staff not to combine the gift card bonus offer with the trade-in offer. Some stores have refused offer stacking while some have not.

1. $1000 JB Hi-Fi Gift Card towards Flip 4 or Fold 4 Pre-Order

Telstra 24 Month $69/mo 100GB Data contract. Must Port-in from other service provider. Discount is applied in the form of a Gift card and is only eligible for use towards a Flip 4/Fold 4 Pre-Order.

2. $400 Flip 4 / $600 Fold 4 Trade-In Coupon

Trade in an eligible device and receive a bonus $400 coupon towards Galaxy Z-Flip 4 or a $600 coupon towards Galaxy Z-Fold 4. This is issued in a separate coupon to your device trade-in coupon, so the device value can also be factored into the final price separately.

3. Samsung Pre-Order Free Storage Upgrade

Went in store yesterday and store manager verified that since one offer is in the form of a gift card & the other is in the form of the coupon, the offers do not conflict and are stackable.

Device Trade-In Coupon value can also be used towards this deal, but is not required. If you are just after maximizing value from the deal or don't want to trade in your existing device for the low trade-in value, you can buy an old Galaxy Tab A7 [2020] or Galaxy Note 9 second hand for $150-300 and receive $60-$90 credit plus the bonus. Seems older devices are not eligible. If anyone comes across a better value trade in deal please post.

This is a combination of these two previously posted deals, however it seems not many people are aware these can be stacked. Combined offer ends August 24th, 2022.

    Is it 256? or 512gb for the flip?

    The 128gb is normally 1499, with $1000 off and trade in and a free upgrade that should make the 256 for $99 ($1499-$1000-$400)

          It gets sent away to SquareUp, not traded in directly to JB. You can hold on to it until you receive your Fold if you like.

    Went to JB, had a play with Fold 4, was impressed how crease is not so visible. Could not feel the weight as sales wouldn't unbolt the phone, it was very heavy with that attached.
    Sales were not aware of the $1000 gift card or stacking trade in $600 bonus. They said come in tomorrow after they check. (after I walked out there was a big sign above store $1000 gift card toward fold 4.) Also told me you have to port to Telstra as soon as you buy. So I guess you would be without a phone until Fold 4 arrives.

      You can get the Fold Z4 right away if you go in-store. As long as you have you get the trade-in credit of your device and the $600 bonus trade-in credit, you can go in-store and sign-up with Telstra if you want to get that $1000 GC.

    Store manager at thr JB I went to showed a clear notification stating these two offers cannot be combined.
    What was perhaps allowed is the offer from yesterday wherein one could get a voucher worth 700-1000.

    Got the phone payment done yesterday. Fold 4 256 gb = 2499-1000(promo)=1499-600(coupon)=899-350(phone credit) =549 Paid via Gift Card so 5% less in total 521.55 for the device and 69$ plan for 24 months…I did ask for 20 dollars off over 300 spent but two coupons will not stack.

        I see this as unobtainable deal, yet it remains live. People who claim to have been able to get this deal have not mentioned stores either.

          Obviously depends on which store and who you ask. Maybe worth trying a few different stores if you get denied at one - unless the notice has gone out after this deal was posted…?

          Like I said, store manager at my local looked into it and saw no issues but this may have changed.

    Jb Hurstville did it ok.

    $1000 gift card on a $69 plan 24months. Combined with trade in of $400 (+$35 for a s20fe) meant a total of $65 upfront for a 256gb Flip 4.

    Tried live chat and they said they saw a $10 port in credit, but not too sure if it will stick, will need to follow up next billing cycle

    Would probably be much cheaper buying a 50% off voucher from the classifieds and using that to purchase the phone. Would also avoid having to sign up to a 2yr contract.

        Telco staff are given a half price voucher for each new release samsung phone. Obviously not everyone needs a new phone so they tend to be used for friends/family or sold.

        Might be worth checking the OzB classifieds, would still make the total cost of the phone cheaper even after factoring the cost of the code.
