Shopback and cashrewards have been giving bad url. Cashrewards has dropped to 7% while the link was still broken. I'm waiting for Shopback staff to wake up and fix the site before the stocks completely gone!
Website is so buggy. Some items added to cart and quantity changed to 2 or more. Changed back to 1, check out and payment got refused cos quantity changed back to 2 š¤¦š½

First order I did, I got charged, but no order confirmation and my items were still in my cart. And there wasnāt an email and wasnāt in my orders under my account. So I checked out again and it worked. (But Iām still double charged)
I made another order with some other items. I got a a confirmation number at the end, and I got charged. But my items are still in my cart, and itās not under my orders page under my account, and no confirmation email. So I donāt know if it even went through.
I wan too tired to battle customer service right now.
Wondered if the sales really worth the trouble.

Received a refund for the Ultraboost I bought last night without any explanation.
Probably wasn't expecting OzBargain to be quicker than their site update.
Anyone get a confirmation email? I ordered just after midnight, credit card charged but nothing in my email/spam. Used Apples āhide my emailā which emails you when you use it so I know the address was correct. I closed the browser with the confirmation so donāt even have my order number.
I created an account with my iPhone āhide my emailā address used for my order and found my confirmed order. Buggy website must have missed sending my confirmation email last night though.
Adidas is ridiculously slow, you'll be waiting days and even longer for your order.

There's no stacking. Shoes that were 50% off last night are now 40% off
The stack happens when you add the shoes to cart e.g. discounted UBs for $162 go down to $97.20 in the cart. However youāre right, they jacked the prices, I bought the same pair for $81 a few minutes after midnight last night.
Yep noticed that too on the shoes I looked at last night.
Not so much the typical price jacking but the original discount has been reduced.
Some of the Ultraboost 22s have definitely gone up in price. I looked at them at 3am and there were a few going for $135. Now they've gone back up.
Last night at 1am, there was barely any UB left at low prices at very low prices.
Chances are they restocked and upped the price.

I've just rebought everything from yesterday and saved $46 on those items plus bought more! Not sure if the difference of $46 is worth it with the extra hassle in refunds but I coud buy 2 more items with those savings :')

The result would be the same anyway. I bought 2 pairs Ultraboost (1 myself and 1 my wife) at $135 each pair with extra 40% came down to $61 each pair. This morning received a refund.
$135 - 40% is over $80? Where does $61 come from?

I also had an item cancelled. They price jack at checkout and also do this deliberately so they don't have to validate cashback
Ditto. Makes Cashrewards et al look bad too. @tightarse is there anything you can do to hold Adidas accountable for cashback on orders where they said an item was in stock at time of order, only for them to later cancel part of the order because they can't keep proper inventories?
Workaround is 1 item per order. More cost for Adidas, but your cashback is more secure.

Pending transaction has disappeared from my bank without being processed. Guessing my order will be cancelled eventually, which is odd because most of it is still listed as in stock on the website.
Anyone had issues with shopback not tracking their order? I made 5 purchases on 24/08, all tracked except one for UB and it's not showing under missing cashback date. Purchase done under same click.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, the first was delivered in 3 days but the second pair wasnt in the package. I might just wait another week before following it up.
My order says "waiting to be packed" for both.
So I ordered a zipped jacket in Large.. it arrived as a medium jacket and now the large is out of stock and not even on sale. So they want me to package it back up and send it to them for a refund??
Super sad, my shoes were very delayed and even though I (literally) measured my foot, they are too small and now out of stock. So I'll have to return for a refund and as they were a limited edition or something like that, that's it :(
My colleague who placed an order hours after I did, received hers in less than 2 working days but she also had to return everything (2 pairs of shoes and some leggings) as nothing fit
After 3 weeks of waiting, and 2 weeks after having my order marked as shipped I'm being told that my order is now cancelled. The items are still in stock, but there was "an error with the warehouse" and now I'll have to re-buy my entire cart.
