Superloop New Connection Gave Me a Price of $79.95 for The 250/25

Hi over the last week I tried to sign up with superloop to get FTTP connected.

So I had to chose the 250/25 plan to be eligible and get NBN to come out. My contact clearly states that it's only $79.95 monthly. I tried looking through all the terms and condition but no where did it say anything about getting a discount.

I know usually this plan is $119.95 and new sign ups get a $20 discount. But I don't know what they did with this contract, as mine only says $79.95 monthly. On a one month contract.

They responded with a message that was $119 a month. No one at their call centre has any idea what I'm talking about, I'm just wondering if they will honour it.

  Even if they did honor it and what you say is correct, it's a 1 month contract so they'd just up the price next month. Move on.

  Show us your contract? Without seeing it it sounds like you've misread and that they will not honour it.

  Have they billed you yet? Guess just keep it quiet and hope they don't try to recoup it later on. Most of the contact staff can't do more than what an answering machine does. They barely know their own products or what their job is.
