  Shin ramen is pretty addictive though (the salt and fat), but don't throwing in mushroom, edamame, zucchini etc.

    Eggs and prawns aren't unhealthy per se, they've got "good cholesterol" and low in everything else bad. Even adding cheese and spam to instant noodles yeah it's quite unhealthy but no-one bought instant noodles for their health benefits lol

      Wouldn't buy Salad at Maccas, would be overpriced for sure and better to make yourself or Woolies. Personally hungry jacks seems much better, and a better range of plant based options. Maccas fries are vegan :).
      
      Hard to resist Shin ramen when <$4. Just don't use as much of the sachet these days to cut down on sodium (or make own broth) but it's a bit addictive.
