Does Anyone Know How to Contact ZUSLAB

Hey guys,

I was looking for a case for a Nintendo Switch OLED earlier in the month. I came across one on ZUSLAB AU eBay store which seemed to fit the bill.

I reached out to them via eBay messages - not once but three times regarding the accessories that come as a package (e.g. the screen protector). There were no details provided on the product page on eBay, and I wanted to make sure there would be no surprises.

It has been almost 2 weeks, and I haven't received a single reply. So, I tried the Contact Us page here: https://www.zuslab.com/contact-us-1

Again, complete silence.

Tried Facebook messenger - no response.
They have managed to ban themselves on Twitter.

Finally, I reached out to the two reps here - Jone and zuslab. They responded back saying they cannot help me, nor could they provide me any contact details of someone who could.

If you can't even get in touch with the right people for some pre-sales support, I wonder what kind of luck will you have when you need actual post-sales support, or need to lodge a warranty claim.

interestingly - looks like they have a 99.4% positive Feedback with nearly 600k items sold… definitely not what i expected.

Just buy a different product. No point trying to get in touch with a company that doesn't want to reply to you or can't provide details on their own products, let alone put your blind trust in them.

That said I've had no issues with their iPhone cases and iPhone and Switch screen protectors I've bought from ebay or Amazon.

Out of curiosity…is it this case & screen protector combo? "Zuslab" Switch OLED case
If so, I might be able to offer some feedback. Happened to grab it cheap recently. Though I realize this isn't on the Zuslab store.

Otherwise, other items i've ordered from Zuslab have generally been okay. Protectors have been good, usb-c cables have been decent.

The protectors that came with the combo above were fine. Tiny bit smaller then the OLED screen itself, so it sits well on the screen and doesn't overlap bezels. When I first got it, it looked like a generic branded screen protector with zuslab sealing stickers, but inside included all the Zuslab extras typical for screen protectors (wipes, clothes etc).

That one is on my buy list, but it isn't sold by ZUSLAB eBay store. I am looking at buying something similar from Amazon instead.

      The following two cases:
      • https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/203746089078

Will the screen protector fit the OLED screen correctly? Tempered glass?

BTW, I don't expect you to know the answers. That is why you ask questions to the support staff (which seem to be non-existent for this mob) before buying. Their eBay product pages are simply marketing banners lacking technical details.

  • They have an Amazon presence, maybe try the contact button on their profile here.

    • Considering how unhelpful their reps have been here, I didn't bother.

  • Have you considered, that ZUSLAB might be kinda… ZUS?

Jokes. I have purchased a phone case from them on Amazon I was quite happy.

Am I reading it right you contacted them 3 times with no answers and still bought from them?

    • "If you can't even get in touch with the right people for some pre-sales support, I wonder what kind of luck will you have when you need actual post-sales support, or need to lodge a warranty claim."

I think it's more of a PSA post. Warning others. I can't find where it says they made the purchase.

        Exactly.

I can't fathom how the other guy reached that conclusion. #ReadingFail

This is about lack of any pre-sales support from their official channels, and also from the reps who regularly post ZUSLAB eBay deals.
