Philadelphia - once the birthplace of Independence - has become a ghetto, where surveillance drones and armoured patrols keep the population at heel, crushing any dissent with savage force.

Her once-proud citizens live in a police state, forced to collaborate just to survive, their dreams of freedom long since extinguished.

  Good deal, but the PS5 tag in the title is very unnecessary as this is a PS4 title.

    I see where you're coming from but it set off my PS5 alert, which were it a game I actually wanted to play, would be a nice thing as it is playable on PS5

      Yeah it set off my PS5 alert too which is what bothers me the most about when people include it in a non PS5 title, as I would have an alert set up for 'PS4' if I wanted to be emailed every time a PS4 deal is posted. It is annoying enough having to filter through the many M.2 SSD deals where they include 'will suit the PS5'

    This. OP, please don't tag games as PS5 unless it actually is a PS5 game or it has been specifically 60fps enabled for PS5 via PS4 backwards compatibility mode. It only adds to the clutter and needlessly annoys people who rely on the alert/subscription system, everyone already knows you can play PS4 games on PS5.

  Metacritic says the game is 48/100 and six years old. MHXVX says there isn't even an upgraded PS5 version.

  Probably worth it just for the Timesplitters 2 full game unlock hidden in there, playable in native 4K! Note that you need to make a fair amount of progress in the main campaign of Homefront: The Revolution to get to the arcade machine in order to do this (around 6-8 hrs or so), but once there you can unlock access to TS2 and enter in various cheat codes for all the modes available.

  This is a fantastic game and 100% worth it at this price. It's a pity that it was never enhanced for PS5 — it runs at a locked 1440p/30fps, and is VERY rough with regular performance dips on PS4 Pro, but runs fine on PS5. There were also heaps of bugs on launch which were fixed later on.

  I thoroughly enjoyed both the main game as well as the DLC missions.

  Ive been playing on PC, really enjoying it. Gives the illusion of an open world, you can chose your battles and there are a few weapons to choose between. Combat is fun, but it can get a bit old when enemies just keep spawning sometimes.
