There's two or more available scheduled dispatch dates per week until the end of October currently available to reserve.       Swiss Water = more chocolate notes than our EA, works really well black and for milk based drinks, easy to brew with

      EA = more fruity notes than Swiss Water, works a bit better for black coffees than for milk based, a little bit trickier to brew with AKA takes a little bit more time to dial in

      As someone who's tried both of these coffees I'd agree the Swiss Water is a nicer coffee if you like milk-based. Mrs C only drinks decaf and she's tried many different roasters and blends, and so far the SW blend from Lime Blue is her favourite.

    Great offer! Just bought some of the EA decaf…never tried that method before, so looking forward to it. Do you have any advice on storing beans…I usually ziplock in the freezer and just take out what I need every cup.

      Always good to mix it up and try something a bit different. If you're going to use the coffee within about a month, then you don't need to worry too much about freezing it, just store it in a cool, dark, dry place. If it'll take you more than a month, then I'd recommend preportioning the EA into what you'll consume over roughly a fortnight, put those preportioned lots into your freezer, then take a portion out as needed, once thawed it's best not to refreeze :)

                  @AEZ: Another good question, but a little trickier to answer definitively as we can only control dispatch time frames and not delivery. I've seen delivery to Brisbane in 24-48 business hours and I've seen it take a few days, it's a roll of the dice type situation. However, if you need extra speedy delivery we do offer an Express Post shipping option :)

          Fair enough, if you are happy with your current system then stick with it. However, if you're looking for solutions then I may have them. I've got a solution to the space factor, https://limebluecoffee.com/products/hario-smart-g-handy-elec… is currently on special for 30% of RRP and takes up about as much space as a rolling pin. Guessing managing the 2 young boss's of the household takes two hands, but if you can manage with 1 hand for about a minute then the Hario Smart G Handy Electric Grinder solves everything, as you can use it one handed and have a dose ground in about a minute :)

          We like to keep our delayed dispatch as flexible as possible for our customers and our system only allows up to edit the dispatch date within ~60 days of the order placement date, hence why delayed dispatch is currently only available until the end of October. If you're really keen on ordering now for a December dispatch, we can make that happen for you, but it would mean that your dispatch date cannot be changed in the future e.g. should you need an ASAP dispatch or further delayed dispatch. If this locked in dispatch date system suits you then please send a reply email once you place your order :)

    Ever considered cutting one of your regular blends with a decaf to make a "half caf" of sorts? I enjoy coffee but can't have more than 2 in a day or the caffeine gets a bit much.

      There no limit on the number of bags per dispatch for the flat rate shipping to apply. However, there is one dispatch per order. If you'd like different bags dispatched on different days then this will require more than one order to lock in the delayed dispatch days. Hope this answers your question :)
