Iwonder Subscription Overcharge

iwonder has continued to charge an annual subscription, I have cancelled more than a year ago.
I cannot find a phone or email contact. I can’t use their feedback box, as it says I am no longer a subscriber!
If anyone can help with a phone contact, thanks

    I've never heard of this mob, but had a quick look on their website. Looks like any issue needs to be raised via a ticket. Classic set up where they don't want you to be able to talk to anyone. That said, have you at least tried that method?
